Our Story
Brine & Vine was built on the belief that the best food comes from high quality ingredients, harvested at their peak of flavour, and grown close to home.
We're a small, family-run producer of artisan preserves based in Ontario, crafting jams, jellies, and pickles using locally sourced fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Every jar is made by hand in small quantities with carefully selected ingredients.
Local to the Core
From the maple syrup in our Caramelized Maple Onion Jam to the cucumbers in our Simply Dillicious Dills, we work with Ontario organic and regenerative growers and producers whenever possible. It's better for our community, better for the environment, and better on your plate.
How It Works
Brine & Vine has a online shop that allows you to preorder, and pick up your items - we also offer local delivery in Toronto for a small fee. Small batch means we don't hold a large inventory, and you get products that are made sometimes days or hours before you get them. You'll also find us at select markets.
